The resort was fine. the spacious room was super clean and the pool area was serene, i especially loved the night parties. also, the staff was attentive and always warm, offering excellent service throughout our stay.
i found the drinks were watered down! to be honest, the cocktails didn't seem to have much alcohol. if i return, i will probably bring my own drinks to avoid this issue.

The grounds and pool areas were really good. The hotel itself looked light and beautifully decorated. I found that all the food was prepared well and tasted good. The staff were also friendly and cute so it was a nice experience.
The alcoholic drinks at the bar seemed a bit weak for my taste.

the venue was fantastic. public areas and the room were very grand, modern, and clean. the room was comfy. it featured a spacious and luxurious bathroom. i found the leisure facilities excellent. the pools were great, too. evening entertainment was good fun. the staff was really friendly, polite and helpful.
the lack of available food after 10pm was a real problem. as an all-inclusive resort, i expected more options. finding nothing to eat so late was inconvenient.

Mukhtar in the kitchen was very helpful with my dietary needs. He even cleaned equipment so I could have some specific foods. Mahmood and Mohammed, who led activities, were kind and chatty throughout my stay. (I really enjoyed chatting with them!)
The minibar fridge in my room was empty, a detail that was slightly disappointing.

I had an excellent golf trip with your golf travel, staying here for a week. the all-inclusive deal compared favorably with similar holidays i have had. fatima kept our room super clean. I appreciated that. the staff were helpful and friendly. Made a big difference.
I experienced a slow service at the snack bar. the food took a long time to arrive, it was up to an hour on one occasion. drinks ordered with the food never arrived. That was frustrating. wasps were a real problem at the snack bar. That was unpleasant

The meals were quite good. The quality and variety stood out! the staff was friendly and generous with refills. the pools were lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available, it was very clean. the activities and shuttle bus to the city were a nice touch, so helpful for getting around.
I found some buffet workers disinterested. They often forgot drinks or didn't come to the table. it was annoying to constantly remind them. the drinks were weak. I didn't feel any buzz even after several. the same songs played all day and night. It got boring.
