Mukhtar in the kitchen was very helpful with my dietary needs. He even cleaned equipment so I could have some specific foods. Mahmood and Mohammed, who led activities, were kind and chatty throughout my stay. (I really enjoyed chatting with them!)
The minibar fridge in my room was empty, a detail that was slightly disappointing.

I had an excellent golf trip with your golf travel, staying here for a week. the all-inclusive deal compared favorably with similar holidays i have had. fatima kept our room super clean. I appreciated that. the staff were helpful and friendly. Made a big difference.
I experienced a slow service at the snack bar. the food took a long time to arrive, it was up to an hour on one occasion. drinks ordered with the food never arrived. That was frustrating. wasps were a real problem at the snack bar. That was unpleasant

the hotel provided a free shuttle bus that runs into the city five times daily. this saved money on taxi fares; that was convenient. the city is very isolated; it is a great relaxing break.

the pool bar offered excellent snack lunches. the buffet meals were varied; they were beautifully presented. there was an a la carte restaurant available once a week; that was a delightful experience. the staff serenaded my wife; it was a special event.

there was entertainment every night, i enjoyed that. the sports bar had several big screen tvs, you could watch football. the main pool was heated; that was a plus. pool areas had lovely beds; they provided comfort.

The meals were quite good. The quality and variety stood out! the staff was friendly and generous with refills. the pools were lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available, it was very clean. the activities and shuttle bus to the city were a nice touch, so helpful for getting around.
I found some buffet workers disinterested. They often forgot drinks or didn't come to the table. it was annoying to constantly remind them. the drinks were weak. I didn't feel any buzz even after several. the same songs played all day and night. It got boring.
